Cocoa Wafers contain flavonoids, which have been shown to protect against UV rays and sunburns.

A compound called umbelliferone, or 7-hydroxycoumarin, is found in Carrot Seed Oil. This compound absorbs UVB light and is commonly used in sunscreens. Even skin tone. Because carrot seed oil absorbs UVB light, while assisting with hyperpigmentation.
 
Apply liberal layer 15 minutes before sun exposure and reapply atleast every hour.  Use a water-resistant sunblock if swimming or sweating.  Use everytime in direct sunlight for a period of time.  Also recommended to use other sun protective measures, such as wearing a hat, long sleeved shirt, pants and sunglasses.
